All requests for cancellation must be received in writing before February 25th, 2018. (You may have someone else take your spot before June 15th, 2018, but we must be notified of all changes in writing). We regret, but are not able to offer any refunds after February 25th, 2018. Since we are required to pay the retreat locations up front, it is just not possible for us to do that.
The $50 Pre-registration fee is non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable or transferable.
It is recommended that all participants obtain a trip cancellation policy to cover their airfare and retreat expense in case of cancellation.
Trip requires a minimum number of participants to operate. In case of low enrollment, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone any retreats as necessary. In case of this, a full refund will be issued.
